@Rustyaxe2 @js12pen @EssexgoonerMr Full time PAYE workers are entitled to minimum 20 days annual leave plus back holidays. Sick pay is at employers discretion. Self employed don’t get these benefits because they are self employed and earn more than PAYE workers to cover not getting those benefits.

@js12pen @EssexgoonerMr Self employed people get paid more than PAYE people to cover the no sick pay and no annual leave. If he gets a job PAYE he will be eligible for all of these plus bank holiday pay. Can’t have your cake and eat it
