However, we would have to be very specific about “grading philosophies”. Many grading philosophies unintentionally focus on only the summative.

I find we need to spend 50% of the training on the tools & the other 50% on HOW to use tools in a FORMATIVE MANNER. Otherwise, tools get used for summative assessments.

Keep that formative cycle going! Too often the cycle stops after collecting data 😉
