Crush Depth is out today! It's a deep-sea technothriller - think The Hunt for Red October meets Jurassic Park. I've been working on it for a while and I'm incredibly proud of the result. Go check it out!

@TGDDOT I'm not opposed to politics in my sci-fi. But Babylon 5 and Deep Space 9 just do it so much better and Star Wars for me is Sith vs Jedi and cool starfighter battles and Andor has neither...
I have TIE Fighter Legos at my desk at work and unintentionally ruined the new guy's day when he came up to me to talk Andor and I told him I didn't enjoy it and Kyle Katarn stole the Death Star plans anyway ๐คฃ I have a Wookiepedia Ph.D.
We gotta figure out a way to signal whether people are Disney+ Star Wars fans or long-haul Wookieepedia PhD types bc this is the second time this week a coworker told me they were a Star Wars fan and then got all wide-eyed when I started talking about Master Cโbaoth ts
I love Femshep but she didn't even have a canonical appearance or bespoke face until ME3, this is utter nonsense. She was originally going to be blonde too, based on a poll BioWare held but games journos were angry about it so they made her a redhead instead.
I feel like there's a lot of tourists commenting on Mass Effect the last few days - I'm not one of them. Given what we know now I am incredibly glad ME4 got canceled. Maybe a better developer will pick it up in the future but nu-Bioware was going to drop the ball.
