I started a fitness app 4+ years ago. I took my hand crafted database from that effort and started over a few months ago.

Of course I very quickly surpassed any progress I had made on the previous effort but did I want to build just another fitness app? That didn't feel right in this new AI era.

I put the app on my phone and recorded a few workouts with it. I got distracted and it sat untouched and I stopped recording workouts with it.

That changed today. Over the weekend I turned it into the worlds first (probably) Grok Bot native companion app. It still does fitness, and better than ever, and a lot more too. Working name is Gird. Suggestions welcome.

DM for early access.

@Wi1dnB1ue @5Solas2 Did Adam and Eve physically die after they sinned? True death isn’t physical it’s separation from your creator. This is the death Jesus conquered. No one went to heaven before Jesus came to earth and sacrificed himself. Jn 3:13

@TheBrancaShow It’s a tiny niche who even know who this guy is. Relax

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@Wi1dnB1ue @5Solas2 We die because we are created as mortal creatures.

as an engineer this is genuinely scary tbh

With my experience in the 3rd world I’ve put some thoughts together, to help Kiwis adjust to NZ’s new reality under the Indian Mass Immigration Agreement.

I don't think these people understand it's not necessarily about the age of the Earth so much as it is about your mishandling and disregard for what God's word clearly says. If you explain away and dismiss the clear teaching of Genesis in favor of what atheist scientists told you, then what is to stop you from explaining away and spiritualizing any other hard text to believe?

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@jaredhmoore Who are arguing against? Not Walton or Hugh Ross. Ross’ message is the one the Holy Spirit used to convict me when he gave me the new birth.

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@adventpromise7 @jaredhmoore God’s work. That’s what it points back to. The purpose of the sabbath is to rest like God does from his work and reflect on him. 24 hour days are our time scale not his.

@andrewwicklandr Yep, all the entry forms get replaced by bots. Good riddance to complex forms over data.

Chamath is my favorite rich tech optimist. Big fan

[Chamath Palihapitiya @chamath]

@darioperkins I liked your write up. Pre mortems are hard to write but I insist on them nowadays.

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@TheSingularity What is your view on Biblical eschatology? Partial Preterist?

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@mikeglover @mattyp It's trying to help you. Listen to it and open your wallet, you'll thank it later... probably.
Seriously though grok bot to cloud agents was a huge productivity unlock for me.

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

Grok Bot also makes many of those apps irrelevant

[Elon Musk @elonmusk]

Grok Bot now integrates with your phone apps

Is it time to sacrifice some lambs?

As an independent web and mobile software developer my resume went from a high of almost $500K/yr three years ago to absolute trash.

@Brotherhoodoft5 @ManassehRJones Sorry Jeff, I like Manny and I was trying to make him laugh. Yes, I believe in God's sovereignty over all things, even salvation. I'm also OEC and Full Preterist so I probably have an even lower view of Man than most Calvinists.

[Rip Ryness @ryness]

@Brotherhoodoft5 @ManassehRJones Clearly it was provisionism that stoped the hand of Abraham. Can you feel the free will?
