I’m sorry, but there is absolutely no reason for Tesla shareholders to push for a merger.
Long-term Tesla investors—myself included—have patiently watched the company’s business get on track over the past few years.
We’ve navigated countless difficult hurdles along the way: Elon selling shares to fund the Twitter acquisition, the midterm elections, friction with Trump, the long and arduous process of numerous FSD (Full Self-Driving) updates—we’ve endured so much to reach this point.
Looking at the credible remarks made by Ashok during the recent earnings call...
Tesla is now on the cusp of achieving unsupervised autonomous driving by next spring.
The Cybercab is ramping up, and we are about to see a major scale-up, including expansion into numerous cities—something we’ve all been waiting for.
The energy business is booming, with orders sold out through 2027, and Optimus is also nearing full-scale mass production.
Why, then, should Tesla merge with SpaceX?
Perhaps an investor looking for a short-term trade might favor it to capture a premium.
But for the many long-term Tesla investors, such a move would only yield a small, one-time premium—just as we are finally on the verge of reaping the true rewards of our investment.
The same applies to the question of "synergy."
Some say the Roadster is a product of the synergy between Tesla and SpaceX.
That’s true—I agree.
But my take is that this only proves the two companies can produce fantastic results without actually being a single entity.
Synergy between the two firms is already being achieved effectively—without a merger.
The reason is simple: the decision-making process for both is funneled through a single point—Elon Musk. Therefore, there is no major cause for concern regarding synergies—even in the absence of a merger.
Now is not the time for a merger.
I believe that pursuing a merger just as Tesla’s business is on the verge of hitting its stride would be an act of betrayal toward the loyal shareholders who have stood by the company all this time.
I urge Tesla shareholders to think carefully.
Is it truly in their best interest to actively support a scenario where SpaceX absorbs Tesla?
In my view, they should not offer such support—if only to ensure that a proper premium can be secured.
@GenFlynn@POTUS Have you talked to more FSB agents this week yet? How much money Russians paid you recently? Trump might not be around to pardon you next time
@nerdalert I don’t believe they’re that stupid. Robotaxi and Optimus could push $TSLA to $7500 per share, a $30 trillion valuation—a scenario Elon Musk has discussed. Both projects are becoming reality, and their full commercial potential remains untapped.
For those who believe we have no obligation to support Ukraine we absolutely do! Furthermore, we bear some responsibility for the bloodshed and suffering the Ukrainians are enduring today. We persuaded Ukraine to give up its nuclear arsenal in exchange for security assurances.
A historic video – November 22, 1994:
The U.S. President thanks Ukraine for giving up its nuclear weapons. In return, the U.S. promises to stand by Ukraine’s side to safeguard its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity well into the future.
That future has arrived—yet today, Trump and his circle act as if none of this ever happened.

Trump just waived all of the sanctions on Russia provided for in the Lindsey Graham Sanctioning Russia Act, just as I and others warned he would.
Trump’s latest surrender to Putin again betrays our Ukrainian partners and defies clear congressional intent of legislation designed to punish Russia for its illegal war of aggression.
Trump has proven he will twist this law and abuse the powers it conferred on him, and while he has let the tariff powers lie for the moment, the law as written also empowers Trump to weaponize new trade authorities against our allies and trading partners.
Congress must fix this flawed law to stop Trump from capitulating to Putin and ensure that it truly supports Ukraine.
@TeslaBoomerMama Hell no! Two valuable projects - Robotaxi and Optimus have come to fruition. Only these projects should bring Tesla to 30T valuation according Elon. We have been waiting through tick and thin all this time with zero gains since ‘21. SpaceX projects will take 10 years to complete
Speak for yourself.
I'm a red-blooded patriotic conservative American with lineage back to the Mayflower who believes in the natural God-given rights of man, the very basic foundational ideals upon which our country was founded and I fully and unequivocally expect and endorse Zelenskyy's bombing of both Russian energy infrastructure and data centers.
You would too, if you were actually a conservative, if you were an American not capable of being manipulated. Fuck Trump!
When Ukraine destroys Russian data centers, hoards of aggressive right-wing bots disappear, and Twitter becomes much friendlier. Isn’t that interesting? So much of our politics is driven by the internet, and so much of the internet is driven by Russians who want to hurt us. Shouldn’t we do something about that, given that we know it?
Russian bot traffic dropped after Ukrainian strikes on Yandex data centres. This affects the "X" and Facebook platforms which are weaponized for russian infowar.
This harms the influence campaigns fascist russia is running against the U.S. elections and the Alberta referendum.
I'm a lifelong conservative, and no Trump-supporting candidate will receive a single vote from me on Nov. 3rd.
I won't be supporting Democrats, but I won't support MAGA. There's no way.
When Jews were being slaughtered in Europe and Russia, they didn’t invade anyone, they went home, they bought land, legally.
The region had no sovereign state at the time, only centuries of occupation under foreign empires.
They drained swamps, built cities, created infrastructure, and that success attracted migrants, from Egypt, from the Levant, from the Arabian Peninsula, who came seeking opportunity in the land they were reviving.
When the Ottoman occupation ended, everyone in the region got a state.
The Maronites in the north got Lebanon.
The Hashemites got Jordan. Iraq was born. Syria too.
So Jews asked for one state, just one, but they were told no.
They still agreed to share the land, even though they were offered the worst half, mostly desert.
Their neighbors still said no.
Then came 1948.
Five Arab armies invaded to wipe them out. They fought, survived and won.
Then they offered peace again, but the Arabs answered with the Three No’s of Khartoum: No peace. No recognition. No negotiations.
Arabs tried again in 1967 to destroy them. Jews survived again. They captured more land, not out of ambition, but necessity.
But when peace was possible, they gave land back.
They returned Sinai to Egypt.
They withdrew from Southern Lebanon. They offered to withdraw from Gaza and the West Bank.
They offered the Palestinians everything they asked for in 2000.
Yet, Palestinians walked away.
In 2005, they unilaterally withdrew from Gaza. In return they got rockets, terror tunnels, kidnapped civilians.
Then came October 7, the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. Civilians slaughtered, babies burned, women raped.
So I ask: What do you want them to do?
Because “Never Again” means never again.
You don’t get to massacre their people and then cry about the consequences.
You don’t get to raise your children to hate them and then blame them when war comes.
They will not apologize for surviving, they will not apologize for fighting back.
Never Again means Never Again.
Her last words were:
"I'm just a child. I have school tomorrow."
