@neeharb @TigorEVowners @RNTata2000 @PlugInIndia 3.6k subscription fee for 365 and 6.5k for 730 days roughly comes to ₹10/day from which zconnect is down for multiple days and @Tataev don't even care of bugs or issues reported.

@TataPower You are charging 24 per unit in Mumbai for CCS2 charging which is far higher than your own tariff!!

There is more than 400% profit you are earning in the name of sustainability.

@Tatamotorsev @RNTata2000 @Schandr80504296 - it's not a year also & Tigor Ev we are facing lot of issue 1st AC issue, now HV alert issue and RSA not ready to take complain .Not good experience. Sir pls look into it. I am also part of tata group and expect good & decent service.

@TataPower The FC at Smile Stone motel is blocked by MSEB as tata power did not pay the bill. Still the charger is showing available in tata power app, how can #Tatapower explain this??

We appreciate @TataPower being in the Tata EV universe has set up more charges than any other OEMs. But many chargers are not maintained properly. Even after informing/complaining to @TataPower, still chargers are not available. Check attached photos of chargers with location

@Tatamotorsev Max motors which is @TataMotors authorized showroom which also sells EVs had FC but it is working since Feb 2022. Now also disappeared from Tata power EZ app. Why do these showrooms have permission to sell an EV if they do not even have their own FC charger working.

Just tried EV charging at Bharat petroleum fuel pump and found they are charging ₹50/kWh, which is double than any other OEM. Does @BPCLimited only want to meet govt. norms of setting chargers at the fuel pump???
