@NurseStandard @alisonleary1 This has happened in my local trust. They won’t pay overtime and expect extra shifts to be picked up through NHSP who have now cut their rates to mid band. As an experienced nurse, you get paid less than your basic rate for any extra hours worked! Who wants to do that?! 🤯🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Fuming with @BandQ!! After 2 attempts on a (too big) 28 tonne truck, they’ve now decided they can’t deliver my plasterboard on a 3.5 tonne van as it weighs too much… 600kg!! I’ve now had 2 days off work and still haven’t got the plasterboard in time for the BH weekend! 🤬🤬🤬
