@SecretaryPete @Delta just downgraded my paid first class ticket. All I want what I paid for, but they refuse to rebook me on similar-timed United or Alaska flights. There is no penalty to the airline for downgrading paying passengers.

@AirCanada currently on board Jan31 AC 66. The food and crew have been exceptional. And we're not even 3 hours into the flight. But especially Shelley, the FA serving my aisle, is absolutely astounding. I cannot recall the last time I had a crew this great, on any airline.

@Aeroplan Not all lounges accept digital cards, and many of my lower status friends have received new kits already. It seems weird to send out kits to people whose status might change, but not to Super Elite Million Milers whose status cannot change. I need physical proof of *G on Jan 1.

@TD_Canada @Aeroplan I was told if I spent $10k on my TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege last year I'd get a bonus 25k SQM and 3k SQD by end of January. Now I'm being quoted end of March. I adhered to my side of the terms - please adhere to yours.
