@bdzivi @rcwhalen MSR’s do not “count” in capital. The Basel III standard says that if a bank has MSRs in an amount that exceeds 10% of its Common Equity Tier 1 capital, then any amount of MSRs over the threshold must be deducted from CET1. The piece will prob be corrected.
