Great review of my latest book, One Last Job (Thanks, @orcabook, for making it possible!) https://t.co/Tllwh2pNxH

@MasterMaverick @Shutterfly Same thing happened to me? Is it a sitewide problem with Shutterfly?

[Sean Rodman @s_rodman]

@MissionToZyxx Y'know, if you created a retrospective, behind-the-scenes book about Mission to Zyxx, people would buy it for a million credits. Just saying.

@robotnik This made me think of you, deep in the trenches of academia...

@KaraLG84 @proceduralstory @aaronareed Agreed - so great to have the hidden history of female game designers and writers being brought to light.

@betterthemask Just re-reading "The Land Leviathan" (by M. Moorcock) while playing 80 Days - have you read this? Seems like in your ballpark...

[Sean Rodman @s_rodman]

Hugely enjoying the Designer Notes podcast, run by the thoughtful @SorenJohnson and an amazing cast of guests. Highly recommend the episode with Meg Jayanth @betterthemask as well as the two-parter (!) with @joningold - basically a masterclass in IF.

@AllPointsWestBC Are you able to pass along the name of the tech group offering to help non-profits in Victoria? You mentioned them in the last hour or so, and I'm trying to find them online

[Henry Sotheran Ltd @Sotherans]

"I bought another book"
- transactional
- people will ask if you REALLY need more books
- reminds you of your bank balance

"I paid a terrible price for this knowledge"
- classy Faustian vibes
- intimidating
- implies all books are priceless treasures. which they are.

[Sean Rodman @s_rodman]

@robin_stevenson Thanks!

My latest - The Bodyguard - is out this month. If you know a reluctant reader teen, this is for them: edgy adventure with a dose of comedy. Gangsters, false identities, and football. https://t.co/DrKoDlLHaf

[Sean Rodman @s_rodman]

@PatrickWeekes Hi! Are you going to be in Victoria for #TDBookWeek? I'd love to buy a fellow author a coffee and talk writing. Love your books!

Amazing number of stories are written in our workshops about video games...

Reading felt like a daytime dream in a secret land. Nobody but I knew how to get there, and nobody but I owned that place.
