@EurekaforbesIN I called AquaGuard customer care to ask the price of a replacement cartridge. They said they don’t know and I must book a service order and pay ₹320 just to find out! How is this acceptable? Why can’t your team access basic pricing? This feels like a scam!

@Swiggy Placed an order but restaurant didn’t send full items. Customer support refuses replacement and only offers refund for missing item, asking me to order again. Why not contact the restaurant and fix it? Feels like a scam. People should reconsider using Swiggy. ⚠️
