When the False Flag Palwama Operation incident happened, we offered to extend all-out cooperation to India but India failed to produce any concrete evidence. As I predicted in 2019, the same is happening again after Pahlgam incident. Instead of introspection and investigation, Modi Sarkar is again placing the blame on Pakistan.

Being a country of 1.5 billion people, India needs to act responsibly instead of messing with a region already known as “nuclear flashpoint.” Peace is our priority but it should not be mistaken as cowardice. Sadly, the nation has been divided by an illegitimate government imposed through fraudulent Form-47 results. And yet, ironically, Narendra Modi’s aggression has united the people of Pakistan in one voice against Indian hostility. While we reject this fake regime, we stand firmly as one Pakistani nation and strongly condemn Modi's war-mongering and his dangerous ambitions that threaten regional peace.

Needless to say, to win the war against an external enemy, the nation must first be united. It is high time to put a halt to all actions that are further polarizing the nation. The state’s excessive focus on political victimisation at this critical time is deepening internal divisions and undermining the nation’s collective ability to confront external threats.

It is naive to expect any strong stance from self-serving figures like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. They will never speak out against India because their illegal wealth and business interests lie abroad. They profit from foreign investments, and to protect those financial interests, they remain silent in the face of foreign aggression and baseless allegations against Pakistan. Their fear is simple: that Indian lobbies might freeze their offshore assets if they dare to speak the truth.”

The current NAB Chairman is being dishonest to his position by continuing with the case despite this, merely to increase pressure on me.

The agenda to crush PTI has destroyed every institution in this country. During our tenure, the GDP growth was 6.2%, which has now fallen to zero. Investments, which were rising rapidly even during COVID-19, are now in decline. No one invests in a country where there’s no constitutional government and no rule of law.

There is a democratically elected government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), whose performance is exemplary. KP is the only province currently running a surplus, not a deficit. The KP government operates welfare projects modeled on a welfare state, including the restoration of health cards.

The country was supposed to receive 1,100 billion in revenue, but we could not get that due to the NAB amendments. These amendments were made solely to exonerate cases against Nawaz Sharif and his entire family. Progress will remain elusive until Pakistan breaks free from the vicious cycle of deals made by this mafia.

Every individual in Pakistan must support PTI if we are to achieve genuine sovereignty. The youth must liberate themselves from fear. As Maulana Rumi said, _ “You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?” _ Therefore, break the shackles of fear and participate actively in PTI's membership campaign."

"The Form-47 [in power through election fraud] government is merely a puppet that cannot even have breakfast without the establishment's approval. This government is avoiding the formation of a judicial commission because it has something to hide. We cannot move forward (with negotiations) without accountability for the incidents of May 9th (2023) and November 26th (2024). Our people were killed, abducted, injured, and falsely charged before being handed over into military custody. Nowhere in history have security forces opened direct fire on their own citizens, yet this brutality was inflicted upon our workers. Establishing a commission to investigate these incidents is essential, and refusing to do so is evidence of the government's dishonesty. They used to spread propaganda that we were unwilling to sit at the negotiation table. However, when we came forward for the country's sake and demanded a commission, they fled because their intentions were nefarious.

A sum of 500 million was paid to the prosecution to pursue false cases against me. In addition, taxpayers' money is being spent on judges and lawyers in the name of political vengeance. This is the money that people earn through their sweat and tears, and pay taxes on. Due to this instability, 1.8 million people have left the country over the past two years. It's a tragedy that our youth, disillusioned by unemployment and lawlessness, are leaving, and no one seems to care.

All of Pakistan's agencies have been mobilized to crush Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), to hide the theft of the public's mandate on February 8th (2024). Had these agencies focused on their actual duties instead of politics, the scourge of terrorism would not have resurfaced in the country.

Yahya Khan Part 2 and the puppet government are keeping me in jail under false pretenses. The Al-Qadir (University) Trust case is absurd, and so is the Toshakhana case.

I will pursue legal action against the current NAB Chairman and Judge Nasir Javed, who have already been exposed in the Supreme Court's verdict. NAB’s purpose is to recover the looted wealth of the Pakistani people, not to act as a tool of the establishment for political vengeance.

I have serious reservations about Judge Raja Minhas being assigned to my Toshakhana 2 Case appeal in the Islamabad High Court. Arshad Minhas, his brother, is both a lawyer and prosecutor against me in the May 9th cases and the GHQ attack case. Secondly, Raja Minhas became a judge under the controversial 26th Constitutional Amendment, which we have outright rejected and challenged in the Supreme Court. This amendment was passed by an illegitimate and unconstitutional parliament. Therefore, Raja Minhas should not hear any of our cases on ethical grounds. Furthermore, senior judges of the High Court have already given their decision on six interrelated Toshakhana matters. After their judgment, the junior-most judge should not be handling this case. Raja Minhas’s ad-hoc appointment after the 26th Amendment and his dependence on the government for confirmation of his position reflect a conflict of interest, so he must recuse himself from the case.

The decision of the London court is clear in the Al-Qadir Trust case: the funds were to go into the Supreme Court’s account, not to the government. The same court decision also clarified that these funds were neither laundered money nor linked to any crime. On April 21st, 2020, NAB constituted an inquiry committee comprising the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Prosecutor, and Additional Prosecutor, who unanimously decided to close this case due to the lack of any merit to proceed. The reopening of this inquiry was malicious. It has been proven that neither my wife nor I benefitted even a single penny from the Al-Qadir Trust Fund.

In the last few weeks there have been serious and concerning developments regarding my sons’ father, Imran Khan’s treatment in prison. The Pakistan authorities have stopped all visits to him by his family and his lawyers. They have also postponed all court hearings. In addition to cutting off in- person visits, and in defiance of a court order, his weekly calls to his sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan, who are British and who live in London, were stopped on 10th September. We have received reports that the authorities have now turned off the lights and electricity in his cell and he is no longer allowed to leave his cell at any time. The jail cook has been sent on leave. He is now completely isolated, in solitary confinement, literally in the dark, with no contact with the outside world. His lawyers are concerned about his safety and well-being.

These actions come in the context of ongoing targeting of Imran’s family, as well as his party (PTI) members and supporters in an attempt to silence them and all political opposition in Pakistan. Imran’s nephew, Hassan Niazi, a civilian, has been detained in military custody since August 2023. More recently, Imran Khan’s sisters, Uzma and Aleema Khan, who have continued to speak out on his behalf, have also been arrested as they made their way peacefully to a demonstration and they are currently being held in jail, despite there being no proper or lawful basis for their imprisonment.

In June this year the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention found that Imran is unlawfully and arbitrarily detained and called for his immediate release.

 As a matter of urgency , we are calling for Imran Khan’s release, and for the release of his sisters and nephew as well as for his sons’ contact with their father to be re-established, so that they may have assurance first-hand that he is well and not being mistreated.

It’s concerning to hear suggestions about dropping Babar Azam. India didn’t bench Virat Kohli during his rough stretch between 2020 and 2023, when he averaged 19.33, 28.21, and 26.50, respectively. If we are considering sidelining our premier batsman, arguably the best Pakistan has ever produced, it could send a deeply negative message across the team. There is still time to avoid pressing the panic button; we should focus on safeguarding our key players rather than undermining them.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Message from Jail

On May 7, 2024 the DG ISPR stated in his press conference that they would not forgive us for the events that unfolded on May 9, 2023.
I want to make this absolutely clear; our stance is unequivocal - forgiveness is sought by the oppressor, not the oppressed. On May 9, I was abducted by hundreds of paramilitary personnel that stormed the Islamabad High Court. My abduction was declared unconstitutional and illegal by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In the protests that followed, dozens of our workers were martyred, and subsequently hundreds abducted, and thousands arrested. The sanctity of homes was violated, and businesses destroyed merely because of political affiliation. And therefore, it is they who should apologize to me and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

My statement has been deliberately aired out of context. My position has remained the same as it was before: May 9 was a false flag operation, and hence the CCTV footage has been concealed to hide the crime. My demand remains that the CCTV footage should be made public, and based on this, an investigation should be carried out transparently. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, who was outside the CC House on May 9 as a representative of PTI can be seen in several videos instructing the workers to remain peaceful. This proves that no leader of our party was involved in vandalism and arson on May 9. I have always instructed my party and workers to protest peacefully wherever they may be in Pakistan. Our Constitution gives us the right to hold peaceful protests anywhere, including inside Cantts or GHQ.
If transparent investigations reveal that any PTI-affiliated leader was involved in acts of arson and vandalism, they shall be treated in accordance with the law.

I’m predicting that this government will not last more than 2 months, and therefore, the names of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, and Asif Ali Zardari should be placed on the Exit Control List (ECL) so they cannot escape [yet again].
Whether they keep me in prison or file even more bogus cases on me, I will not back down or make a deal with these crooks; deals are made by those who have committed a crime. My money isn’t stashed abroad, nor I have any property overseas. I have fought all the cases against me, and will continue to do so if needed. The sole purpose of filing cases against me and my wife was to tear PTI apart.

4.
The desire for negotiations should not be interpreted as a sign of weakness. For me, my country Pakistan comes first, and for its political and economic interests, I will do whatever I can to reduce tensions. Negotiations will be conditional and will only take place with the real decision-makers. The crooks in the government are ready to raze the country to the ground, as long as it prolongs their reign of power. These opportunists are provoking the army to dismantle PTI.
However, is it possible to eliminate a party that represents 90% of the population? Anyone who has such a dream should learn from history.

5.
Just as Western courts have given Israel an open permission to commit a genocide of Palestinians, Qazi Faez Isa has fully collaborated with the state in perpetrating oppression against us and has fully aided this tyranny and fascism. It is on the basis of this bias and lack of justice that we have long requested Qazi Faez Isa's recusal from my cases. The way Qazi Faez Isa facilitated the PDM and the Election Commission by revoking our electoral symbol in the February 8 elections is known to all.
