HEC blames university for not sending students data, while university accuses HEC of intentional delays. This blame game is harming students only.
We demand this committee to immediately identify the exact cause of delay & a criminal case be filed against the culprits — whether university management or HEC officials.

Thank you for your response. However, the original query has not been addressed.

I understand that the minimum age for obtaining a driving license is 18 years. What I would like clarification on is this:

1) Is a driving license required for all electric scooties, or only those above a certain motor power or speed limit?
2) Many electric scooties being sold and used in Islamabad do not have registration number plates and are reportedly not required to be registered. In such cases, are riders still legally required to hold a driving license?
3) There is a common understanding that motorcycles below 50cc are exempt from licensing requirements. Is there an equivalent criterion for electric scooties based on wattage, motor capacity, or maximum speed?

Kindly mention the relevant law, notification. Thank you.
