Where is your #team spending their time?

Most teams spend disproportionate time in 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. Time spent in 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 mostly is in ineffective meetings. Little or no time is spent in 𝑹𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒂𝒍.
