@isosteph when the seismic vibrations started, i wondered if it was a dramatic version of the infrasound coming from data centers (sort of framing a positive emotional layer over top of the problem?), or just bitter, unintended irony
@andrewculver i dunno, cursor is still better for me at random wordpress dev stuff. and chatgpt somehow still seems to get basic facts right more of the time. wish it werent so... would love to just pay for one
@kenthecowboy_ also, these traits mentioned in the pic are all things that will (repeatedly) increase or decrease depending on whatever the heck is going on in your lives and between you... not some innate traits you can look for
@amygar3344@alina_boich@chrisgolds grateful to live in brantford... one of the few municipalities around here that isnt just named after some other place
@levisan I was asked to do a poll survey on this! Was surprised to find out Canada spends so much on American blood. We are obviously ok with spending money on it so why not offer to pay Canadians? Weird pretence at some kind of moral stance we are making
@theyshootactors i feel like i've listened to podcasts a lot, yet i think i have only heard of 4-5 of these, and of those actually ever listened to 2... is this what it feels like to get old?
who is responsible for the audiobook player in libby? how does a public library app somehow rival and surpass for many years now every other audiobook app i've used?
@JunTianKidsLe@levisan hey, just noticed your reply โ was labeled as probable spam fyi. so would this suggest that the basic LED bulbs i'm buying are actually cheaper construction units, despite being sold for more than the smart bulbs?
Has anyone ever had a smart light bulb burn out? I've had *many* LED bulbs burn out, all long before they should have. But never the smart/wifi ones? Even though I'm buying only these bargain basement tuya ones and am known to leave them permanently on one of those animations
@levisan it's interesting that the libraries seem to usually also still have competing services available, like hoopla and so on. or even overdrive's old system. i would have thought libby would basically have a library monopoly by now for ebooks and audiobooks.
