Some other causes of the extinction of giant panda are that pandas really have a difficult time when reproducing. They would have one baby in tears and even if there are more than one baby panda was born, the parent would only take care of the strongest one of them. #39canimals

In the documentary "Blackfish," I learned that orcas live longer in the wild compared to when they're held captive. In captivity their lifespan is up to 35 years and in the wild, they have the lifespan of humans: about 75 years. #39canimals

This is very interesting because it relates the "Blackfish" documentary. I watched this for the extra credit assignment and I learned that the orcas that are held captive live for about 25-35 years. #39canimals

When comparing wild orcas to captive orcas, it is clear to notice the variations between their developing lifestyles, social interactions, and in forms of survival. Orcas should have enough space to swim 100 miles a day, which is 14000 circles around the tank.
