@AAMI been waiting for over three weeks while my vehicle is being assessed for a claim. No details or progress update. Trying to contact your Claims team via app but no matter what time of the day- they are unavailable. Phoning resulted in no information after a 50 min hold.
@Coles have you stopped offering $10 off automatically at your checkouts on Flybuys points of 2000 or more? If this is the case you"ve just made it harder for your customers to redeem Flybuys points.

@Telstra We have an NBN outage for the last 6 hours in 3150 Wheelers Hill with your outage page confirming it but service restoration time as " To be confirmed". NbN says Telstra need to raise a ticket with them. Has this been raised with NBN or we are in for a long wait?
