@VirginAtlantic .. the team on VS107 to Montego Bay today in upper class are amazing. The best customer service, attention to detail on point & just the loveliest of crew! Especially Harry & Brianna their customer service is exemplary! Please let them know it’s appreciated!

@LONDONNORTHWES4 just want to applaud the ticket inspector on the 11.23 from Euston - Birmingham. Stood her ground & politely removed 2 men who thought they were above paying for a ticket! Great job & very professional!

@Fusion_LS any particular reason why you have changed the opening hours at Southbury this week from 6.30am to 8.00am? It’s a normal working week, & I’m paying the same membership fee!! No notices, nothing! What an absolute joke!!!

@Tesco I’m told to collect my currency anytime from 3pm. Get to your ponders end branch at 3.05pm and they have gone to lunch! Not back till 4pm, fuming & then told by manager it’s not run by Tesco just branded like you. So who am I getting my money from? #crapcustomerservice

@TfL @RMTunion many students who rely on the tube to get to college have GCSE exams tomorrow. These are stressful enough for young people without the worry of how they navigate their journey due to strikes. Do you even think about these things when calling for strike action?

@TeachLeadAAli A plumber came to our house last night, booked by my husband and when my husband answered the door he asked him if it’s his house, I can only presume he thinks a man on colour can’t own a property. Straight away presumed he must rent a room!

@Fusion_LS That’s great, but if you could fix the air conditioning in the gym at Southbury leisure centre that has been broken for over a year at a time when ventilation is important it would be appreciated. Please & thanks ! 😡
