अमेरिकन कंपनी गुजरात मध्ये २० हजार कोटी रुपये गुंतवून कंपनी उभारणार .त्यामध्ये पाच हजार लोकांना रोजगार देण्याच्या बदल्यात त्यांना गुंतवणुकीच्या ७०% म्हणजे सुमारे १६,७०० कोटी रुपये इतकं अनुदान दिलं जाणार. म्हणजे प्रत्येक एका व्यक्तीच्या रोजगारामागे तीन कोटी वीस लाख रुपये त्यांना अनुदान स्वरूपात देणार. हा आतबट्ट्याचा व्यवहार आहे असं खुद्द केंद्रीय पोलाद आणि अवजड उद्योगमंत्री एच. डी . कुमारस्वामी यांनी म्हटलं आहे.आता हा आतबट्ट्याचा व्यवहार थांबतो की तसाच पुढे रेटला जातो हे पहाणे औत्सुक्याचे ठरेल. ४०० पार गेले असते तर यावर चर्चा सुद्धा झाली नसती.
