Absolutely horrific customer service by @airvistara. You first cancelled the flight at the last moment and have still not refunded me the money I’d paid for the ticket. Dealing with your corporation has been nothing short of a nightmare (1/2)

If this happen in every transaction, I think I have to switch to another platform.
