Your initial comment is derogatory. I would not give you their names. You make the case for me for all of the above statements for people/business who pay property taxes. How do you “own” something if it is taxed every year. On the protest side: It has been protested and tax value was not reduced properly is on the market below tax assessment and no buyers for 1.5 years. How can you tax someone for unrealized value? I believe @AndyHopperTX can assist you with some examples of voters in his district that are hurting and have lost their property to Property Taxes.
