Man or woman, it is a crime to be bored. Especially as an adult.
You cannot afford to be sitting idle when there is so much to learn and money to be made.
Take for instance, if you are:
Good with logic? Software engineering. $133,080 a year.
Curious how things break? Cybersecurity. $124,910.
Good eye for how things should feel? UI/UX design. $98,090.
Good with words? Technical writing. $91,670.
Patient with problems? IT support and networking. $73,340.
Good with rhythm and story? Video editing. $70,980.
You don’t even need a degree to start. A laptop, a portfolio, and one year of showing up is good enough.
If you manage people, silence is not the same thing as agreement.
Some teams stop raising problems because every problem is treated as disrespect. The manager enjoys peaceful meetings. The problems continue their work privately.
Make it safe for people to disagree with the plan without insulting the person. Ask what you may be missing. Reward early warnings. Do not punish the messenger and then announce an open-door policy.
A team that can only tell the boss good news is not loyal. It is dangerous.
Iran’s Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref says that Tehran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz "is an exercise of our legal and sovereign right over our national wealth" and that the strategic waterway "is the property of Iran."

BREAKING: The US has proposed cancelling the new "Operation Economic Outcast," lifting all sanctions, and ending the US blockade in exchange for Iran opening the Strait of Hormuz and stopping all attacks by its proxies, per Al Arabiya citing a senior source on a new separate offer conveyed by Pakistan.
Iran's conditions, however, remain unchanged: $300 billion in US compensation, complete lifting of all US sanctions, release of all Iranian frozen assets ($100-123 billion), end of the US naval blockade, US troop withdrawal from the entire region, and a comprehensive regional ceasefire including in Lebanon and Gaza.
Sergey Brin is leading a $90 million ad campaign to stop California's 5% billionaire wealth tax.
He is $133 billion richer since Trump's election.
But that's apparently not enough. He'd rather children lose access to healthcare than pay his fair share.
Greed is a sickness.
She was shot in the back by Zionists while she was eating in her tent yesterday. She was 10 years old.
The collective West is united in its support for genocide.
It is the man who owns a car.
It is the man who is feeding you.
It is the man who sponsors you to UK.
But you are the one suffering with him.
The maths just never made sense to me.
With some 35 years’ experience and a PhD in Governance and Public Policy Analysis, I get paid heavily for my takes, bro…unless I volunteer them freely here. You go pay? 😊
Today is Day 102. Mussa and Lassa, pupils from Askira Uba, Borno State, were kidnapped and are still in captivity.
We need another solidarity post please.
I condemn in the strongest terms today’s actions by the Israeli authorities to unlawfully enter & remain on the @UNRWA Kalandia Training Centre in occupied East Jerusalem & carry out unauthorized works in those premises.
I am greatly alarmed at this development, as it will deprive young people from the vocational education they were receiving.
These actions against UNRWA premises are wholly unacceptable & inconsistent with Israel’s clear obligations under international law.
I urge the Government of Israel to immediately cease the interference with UNRWA premises, vacate, return & restore all affected premises to the @UN without delay, and protect those premises from further interference or damage.

Today, we join Muslims across Nigeria and around the world in commemorating Eid Maulud and reflecting on the life, character and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The Prophet’s life reminds us that faith must be reflected in how we treat others, with compassion, humility, patience, justice and genuine concern for the vulnerable. At a time when our society needs greater understanding and unity, we must continue to look beyond our differences and remember the values that bind us together.
This occasion also reminds our religious leaders of the important responsibility entrusted to them. They must continue to guide our communities with wisdom, speak truth to power when necessary, and hold leaders accountable in the interest of the people. Political engagement should never come at the expense of principle or the responsibility to speak for those who may not have a voice. Our people deserve guidance rooted in faith, conscience and purpose, not alignment for its own sake.May we all strive to build communities where compassion is stronger than division, justice is valued over convenience, and leadership is always exercised with responsibility.
May Allah accept our prayers, strengthen the bonds of unity among us, bless our homes and grant Nigeria lasting peace, progress and prosperity. On behalf of the magnificent people of Kaduna North Federal Constituency that I proudly represent, Eid Maulud Mubarak! Thank you.
Signed
Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai
