@wmata @transdev I sat waiting for a bus for and hour and have to spend 8 bucks extra a day to get to work. Both have a responsibility to make sure the routes are staffed. I depend on you both. Please don't make me find a different way to work.

But since WMATA chose to contract these routes out to Transdev, what is *WMATA* doing to *fix* this issue?

Updates are nice, but at the (beginning and) end of the day, riders need buses more than they need updates.
