@IndiGo6E this is to inform you that I have travelled from Delhi to Lko on 31st Jan’26 , flight number 6E2172, PNR no W3VZYL.
But @IndiGo6E has misplaced my 1 luggage bag containing my passport and after 17 hours I haven’t got any information yet.
Kindly escalate this matter

@makemytrip @makemytripcare MakeMyTrip has one of the worst after sales experience. I have been trying to connect with them since the last 1 week with no resolution to my problem. They don't have any option to talk to executive on their customer care number. Really very unhappy.
