@saynotoloans How can lenders approve multiple loans to the same borrower through different apps despite existing debt? Are repayment capacity checks just a formality? Every new loan means another processing fee, more debt and more profit for lenders. @RBI #Debttrap

[SafeSpaceSquad @SafeSpaceSquad]

@saynotoloans Why are the same lenders issuing multiple loans to one borrower through different apps without properly assessing repayment capacity? Each loan comes with hefty processing fees, trapping borrowers in a cycle of debt. Then come harassment, threats and employer calls. @RBI

[SafeSpaceSquad @SafeSpaceSquad]

@saynotoloans @RBI Borrowers owe repayment, NOT their dignity! RBI has flagged unauthorized employer contact by digital lenders. Threatening jobs, humiliating borrowers and violating privacy cannot be recovery tactics. We demand strict penalties, not just warnings! @RBI #LoanHarassment

EXPOSED: The 6-App Loan Trap 💥

You apply for 1 loan on Snap Paisa.

In 48 hours, you get 13 LOANS from 6 apps - Fast Paisa, SalarySetu, SalaryAdda - all run by ONE company: Ampire Finance Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad.

No fresh consent. No credit check. Just 6x processing fees + 6 recovery teams abusing you on WhatsApp.

This is not lending. This is predatory manufacturing of default to extort.

RBI is watching? @RBI @FinMinIndia

[Kirthi @iamkirthi]

Despite a legal notice & multiple complaints, @Bajaj_Finserv continues calling my colleagues. This is despite the PNO confirming that only customer care would contact me. I’ll escalate to RBI & file a case on e-Jagriti. What is the use of sending empathy letter? @saynotoloans
