Frequent and Unannounced power cuts Majorly on Sunday in Botad Town Area are causing serious inconvenience to residents. Consumers deserve prior notice or SMS before any scheduled outage. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

Traveling daily on Train No.20966 from Botad to Gandhigram is a struggle due to extreme overcrowding. Passengers like me, including students & seniors, face unsafe conditions. Western Railway, please add coaches or a new fast train.

Sir, there's a serious issue at Botad Railway Station – the ticket counter never has change for ₹5. I'm forced to pay ₹5 extra every time due to this, and it's my 3rd time this month. I'm not alone – hundreds of passengers face the same problem.
