@cromaretail - You guys did not deliver the product properly and sending company guy to fix the problem. had purchased cooler from Infinity mall - Malad - wheels have not come with the cooler. Why do you send company guy when delivery was wrong from your end. Pathetic service

@agodaindia we booked a hotel and there was misinformation about property and hence we cancelled it. Property said that we will wave off cancellation charges, also i recvd mail that its cancelled, but I havent recvd any confirmation from agoda. No response at all. Kindly help

@cromaretail I purchased 3 laptops from thane branch and mouse was included in the package but its been more than 2 weeks they hv still not provided with the mouse. Instead they are trying to give me croma mouse instead of HP mouse. 1 week commitment was given. Pathetic service

@ClubMarriott @JWMarriottJuhu What a pathetic service. I placed the room request 30 days in advance and usually they say in 48 hrs we shall confirm it. Its been 18 days I havent recd any email or call for confirmation. Today when i called they said ur request is denied cz of 1/2

Non availability of the rooms. When i visited hotel they said that we dont take request beyond 15 days so by 10th we will confirm. I have placed the request 30 days in advance still no availability?? If you dont take reservation beyond 15 days then how its full ? Stop fooling us
