@MVijayaran @vishvdeepkhush @hemesapien We have a similar case currently. Aiha with massive hepatosplenomegaly. Steroid refractory. PET CT was inconclusive. Planning for a diagnostic splenectomy. I feel diagnostic splenectomy would be a better choice if money constraints are present.
