❇️ మాధాపూర్ సైబ‌ర్‌ట‌వ‌ర్స్‌కు చేరువ‌లో 15 ఎక‌రాల ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమిని హైడ్రా కాపాడింది. దాదాపు 3 వేల కోట్ల విలువైన భూమి చుట్టూ బుధ‌వారం ఫెన్సింగ్ వేసింది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పు మేర‌కు హైడ్రా ఈ చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకుంది. రంగ‌రెడ్డి జిల్లా శేరిలింగంప‌ల్లి మండ‌లం ఖానామెట్ విలేజ్‌లోని 41/12, 13, 14 స‌ర్వే నంబ‌ర్ల‌లో మొత్తం 15 ఎక‌రాల ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమి ఉంది. అయితే ఈ భూమి త‌మ‌దంటూ ఇట్టినా ప్రాప‌ర్టీస్ సంస్థ క్లైమ్ చేస్తూ వ‌స్తోంది. ఆ భూముల‌ను ఖాళీ చేయాల‌ని కోరుతూ 2016లో టీజీఐఐసీ వాళ్లు ఇట్టినా ప్రాప‌ర్టీస్ సంస్థ‌కు నోటీసులు జారీ చేశారు. ఈ నోటీసుల‌ను స‌వాల్ చేస్తూ ఇట్టినా సంస్థ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్ర‌యించింది. దీనిపై జ‌స్టిస్ న‌గేశ్ భీమ‌పాక విచార‌ణ చేప‌ట్టి తీర్పు వెల‌వ‌రిస్తూ.. ద‌శాబ్దం నాటి వివాదానికి తెర‌దించారు. మాజీ సైనికుల కోటా కింద ప్ర‌భుత్వం 1963లో కేటియించిన‌ట్టు ఎక్క‌డా ఆధారాలు లేవ‌ని.. పిటిష‌న‌ర్ స‌మ‌ర్పించిన ప‌ట్టా ప‌త్రాలు న‌కిలీవ‌ని రెవ‌న్యూ అదికారులు ఆధారాల‌తో కోర్టుకు నివేదించారు. అప్ప‌టి రాజేంద్ర‌న‌గ‌ర్ త‌హ‌సీల్దార్ కార్య‌ల‌యం 1978లో ఏర్పాటు కాగా.. ఆ కార్య‌ల‌యం పేరుతో 1972, 1973 సంవ‌త్స‌రాల‌లో ప‌ట్టా ప‌త్రాలు ఎలా వ‌స్తాయ‌ని రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆర్‌వోఆర్ చ‌ట్ట ప్ర‌కారం ప్రొసీడింగ్స్‌ను త‌హ‌సీల్దార్ జారీ చేయాల్సి ఉండ‌గా.. ఈ కేసులో రికార్డింగ్ ఆఫీస‌ర్ యూడీఐఆర్ శేరిలింగంప‌ల్లి మండ‌లం పేరుతో జారీ అయ్యాయ‌ని.. ఇవి ఏ చ‌ట్టం కింద జారీ అయ్యాయో కూడా తెలియ‌ద‌న్నారు. ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ జారీ చేసిన అధికారి పేరు పి. న‌ర‌సింహారావు అని ఉంద‌ని.. కానీ ఆ పేరుగ‌ల అధికారి అక్క‌డ ప‌ని చేసిన‌ట్టు రికార్డులు లేవ‌ని.. రుజువు చేశారు. ఇలా న‌కిలీ ప‌త్రాల‌తో ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమిని కొట్టేయాల‌ని పిటిష‌న‌ర్లు ప్ర‌య‌త్నిస్తున్నార‌ని కోర్టు నిర్ధారించుకుని.. ఆ భూములను ర‌క్షించాల‌ని రెవెన్యూ అదికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించింది. రెవెన్యూ అధికారుల విజ్ఞ‌ప్తి మేర‌కు 15 ఎక‌రాల ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమిని కాపాడుతూ హైడ్రా ఫెన్సింగ్ వేసింది. ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమిగా పేర్కొంటూ బోర్డులు ఏర్పాటు చేసింది.
