Sebi just passed it's largest ever order against a #finfluencer! Who? Avadhut Sathe. It has impounded a sum of Rs 546 cr earned by Sathe from educational courses. Here's a deep dive into the order. But first a quick summary:
1) Sebi says that under the guise of courses live trading calls were given without an RIA license.

2) False advertisements were given claiming students were making huge profits when in fact they were making losses.
