Acknowledgment of Previous Service
Mr. Issack Bester previously served as Head of GCV Ambassador — India, during which time he made meaningful contributions to the development and promotion of the GCV movement within the Indian community.

His efforts in community organization, education, and pioneer engagement are acknowledged and appreciated.

Following the revocation of his former position, Mr. Issack Bester has continued to support GCV within his own community, demonstrating persistence, responsibility, and a willingness to remain aligned with the long-term vision of GCV.

Recognition of Reflection and Growth
It is recognized that during a previous period, Mr. Issack Bester and his community expressed complaints and criticism or even attacks regarding our leadership decisions. Such disagreements, while challenging, are not uncommon in a growing global movement.

What is most important is that Mr. Issack Bester demonstrated sincerity in seeking acknowledgment from our leadership, reflected on the broader mission of GCV, and reaffirmed that GCV is our shared and common goal — one that ultimately benefits all pioneers.

After his contributions were formally acknowledged recently on my articles #118, Mr. Issack Bester expressed appreciation and gratitude, reflecting a positive shift toward mutual understanding and cooperation.

He has since maintained constructive communication with Global GCV Community Alliance Diplomat, Ms. Nonny Padja, and has clearly accepted and committed to upholding the Global GCV Community Code of Conduct.

I firmly believes:
