6 days later and @bookingcom are still lying to us and not sorting out a problem with our flights they’ve known about since February and not notified us about sooner. Extremely poor customer service but they don’t care!! Any advise @HolidayWatchdog?

Absolutely shockingly poor customer service from @bookingcom passed from pillar to post and looks like they’re just happy to let us lose a holiday we book at the beginning of the year. Won’t ever use them again!!!

I think we need to recognise the unsung heroes of #TheQueue. @ASMU_Sendplight When he’s calm could you ask him what would work for him? I read Ross Greene’s book and it’s all about including the child in solving the problems, there’s a technique.

@PrimaryCoHead My daughter was always asked to cover in the reception while the ladies went to lunch. She used to answer the phone and take messages. Still talks about it now - made her feel grown up and trusted.
