@Hertz arrived today to pick up my reserved car at almeria airport in Spain to be told they have no cars. I booked a group A, and they offer me a 7 seater VAN! Ridiculous. Poor customer service and I'm currently without a car. Have had to pay for a taxi! I'm not happy
@RoyalMailHelp, I sent 1st large x 19 and received only 4 back. 2nd x 60 sent and received 47 #stampswap. With a value of £75.40 but only sent £41 worth. Why? This is a con.
@Primark like many others I've been overcharged for an item which clearly has a lower price on it. Realised when I got home. It is illegal to mislead consumers the price of an item.
Sadly finished watching all episodes of @simon_reeve South America. What an amazing series. Incredibly beautiful scenery, fascinating people and some thought provoking environmental issues. Loved it ❤️
@BCC_Help trying to report a missed collection today as whole road missed but getting this message which prevents me reporting it. Bizarre as I only have 1 bag in the bin and definitely no additional

@BCC_Help no recycling collected today. Your website stated that collections due on 28th Dec would be collected on 11th Jan. Now says that next collection is 18th. So no recycling collected for 5 weeks with all the additional Xmas recycling! Bins are overflowing. Unacceptable
@BCC_Help Surely you could update your website to show correct updated info as this is the central source of info for customers? There are no updates and even missing collections search shows no info! It's ridiculous. Clearly there are a lot of frustrated customers by the lack of info
@BCC_Help I've already logged on the website. However, I would like it explained how you give customers specific information for collections and can't follow them yourselves? What is the point?
