@qatarairways submitted a complaint on 15th December and had the standard response. I’ve contact your live chat as a privilege member who have told me several times I’ll receive a response. Still nothing! Really disappointing
So @britishairways flight late as is becoming your norm. Captain “thanks for bearing with us” but never an apology. You really are going from bad to worse. As One World member have you ever considered looking at how well others in the group can do it???

@HunterBoots couple of years old used for dog walking and right boot cracked and now split making the usually excellent boots not so practical. Balmoral boot and wasn’t cheap. Disappointed

@britishairways sadly your service gets worse. Cancelled flight yesterday, today’s flight delayed. Missed meetings today and tomorrow and also incurred hotel costs for rooms I can’t use and internal

@British_Airways Hi my son flies out to meet me in Riyadh on Friday 16th, LHR to RUH, and we then fly back together on Thursday 22nd, RUH to LHR, but we are on seperate bookings. When I choose my seats as a bronze member will i be able to do the same for him at the same time
@hawesandcurtis brought 8 business casual shirts recently and 7 are fantastic. 1 white is awful and looks like a piece of chewed string with if ten minutes of wearing. Really disappointed for the price and expected quality
