There was no preemptive strike on Jordan.
The morning of June 5, 1967, Israel begged King Hussein to stay out of the war: if Jordan did not attack, Israel would not attack Jordan. If Jordan listened, the “West Bank” & the Old City of Jerusalem would still be in Arab hands today.
But Jordan didn’t listen.
Jordan had already mobilized 11 brigades on the border and invited Iraqi forces to join them. At 9 a.m., they began indiscriminate shelling of Jewish Jerusalem. Israel still held fire, hoping it was only symbolic support for Egypt.
At 12:30 p.m., Jordanian troops invaded and seized the UN headquarters in a key strategic position.
Only then did Israel respond.
Israel went to war against Egypt to prevent its own annihilation. It had no plans to recapture Judea and Samaria (the “West Bank”) or the Old City. Jordan forced its hand.
They f****d around.
They found out.
On This Day — June 5, 1967
F**k Around: Arabs spent weeks boasting they would annihilate Israel. Egypt massed troops on the border, imposed a blockade, ordered UNEF out & promised destruction. Jordan & Syria joined. Radio Cairo called on Arabs everywhere to kill Jews.
Find Out: At 7:14 a.m., the entire Israeli Air Force (except 12 planes left for home defense) took off in Operation Focus. They caught the Egyptian pilots eating breakfast. By 11:05 a.m., 180 Egyptian planes were destroyed on the ground. Within hours, most of the Jordanian and half the Syrian air forces were also wiped out.
Then the real shock:
- Israel overran the entire Sinai Peninsula and reached the Suez Canal in four days.
- Despite no element of surprise, Israeli forces recaptured all of Judea and Samaria, including the Old City of Jerusalem.
- In brutal fighting, they seized the strategically vital Golan Heights, including Mount Hermon — “the eyes and ears of Israel.”
On June 7, Colonel Motta Gur’s paratroopers entered the Old City. For the first time in 2,000 years, Jewish soldiers stood at the Western Wall. The shofar was blown. Even hardened, secular soldiers broke down and wept with joy. The Jewish people were home again.
776 Israeli soldiers fell — heroes who turned near-certain destruction into one of the most legendary military victories in history.
The Arabs had spent 19 years vowing to erase the Jewish state.
They F****d Around.
They Found Out.
After two millennia of exile and 19 years of encirclement on borrowed time, the Jewish people reclaimed their ancient capital, reunited their ancestral homeland, and reminded the world in six miraculous days what a determined nation can achieve when its back is against the wall.
Am Yisrael Chai.
On This Day — June 5, 1948
In April 1948, 22-year-old Robert F. Kennedy traveled through British Mandate Palestine & saw: Jerusalem had a clear Jewish majority & Arab forces were openly preparing to annihilate every Jew the moment the British left.
This day, one of his dispatches from the Land of Israel was published in the Boston Post, capturing the grim reality:
“The City of Jerusalem has more Jews than Arabs but the immediate surrounding territory is predominately Arab … It is by this road [from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem] that the Jewish population within Jerusalem must be supplied, but it is fantastically easy for the Arabs to ambush a convoy …”
He added with chilling detail:
“The Arabs … would poison [the water]. The Jews … had a central water system installed … Unfortunately for them, the reservoir is situated in the mountains and it and the whole pipeline are controlled by the Arabs.”
RFK saw British troops disarming Jewish convoys while thousands of Iraqi, Syrian, Lebanese, and Transjordanian Arab soldiers poured in unmolested.
He watched the Haganah fighting desperately to keep the Tel Aviv–Jerusalem road open — calling it “our battle of the Atlantic” — because without it, Jerusalem’s Jews would have been starved or slaughtered.
With brutal clarity, the young Bobby Kennedy documented what so many still deny today: the Jews were not the aggressors. They were fighting for their ancient homeland “as of right and not on sufferance,” rebuilding a desolate land while Arab forces and British obstruction tried to crush them.
A 22-year-old future U.S. Attorney General and Senator saw the truth with his own eyes: the Jews were simply the ones refusing to die.
🚨ICYMI: Democrats this week nominated someone LITERALLY linked to the terrorist group al-Qaeda.
There is no one too extreme for the modern-day Democrat Party.

@guypbenson Well, if New Yorkers elect her, hopefully Congress will consider her unfit to seat. This comment alone shows she is NOT qualified to sit in Congress... “Who is the terrorist? The United States of America!”
Well, she will get along with their Maine Senate candidate
@PA_SRCC@GovernorShapiro Universal free breakfast... isn't that part of the education establishment problem? Shouldn't they target limited dollars specifically where needed, instead of willy-nilly spend on people who have no need whatsoever? But let's just throw the other people's money at it!
@PADemParty I understand people have very different views when it comes to abortion. But everyone should agree that words matter, and the language gymnastics that Democrats (in general) perform when is comes to abortion is astounding. By definition, abortion is not about reproduction!
Today marks the 37th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, when the Communist regime sent tanks to trample peaceful pro-democracy protesters. Their bravery will not be forgotten, including the man who stopped a column of tanks.
“Since that June day, I have been inspired by one of the most iconic figures of the latter half of the 20th century, even though I have no idea of his name. Like the rest of the world, I just call him Tank Man.” @yangjianli001
No foreign government should be influencing what our kids are taught in American classrooms.
We need transparency, accountability, and strong safeguards against foreign interference in our education system. American students should be learning facts, not Qatari-funded narratives.

🚨 NEW: Fox’s @BritHume CALLS OUT fired CBS host Scott Pelley: “I’ve worked in this TV news business for more than half a century and I’ve worked for many different bosses, many I liked and admired, and a few I did not. But I’ve always found a way to work with every one of them as best I could.”
“I never thought myself as some great guardian of journalistic integrity who wasn’t open to the ideas of others who I might at first disagree. And I’ve never had a problem finding a way to do the work in a way to please me and whatever boss I had - or at least satisfy them.”
“These 60 Minutes correspondents, led by Scott Pelley, seem to think they are the guardians of journalistic integrity. But it’s worth remembering how that show works.”
“Like all these TV magazine shows, as prominent as the correspondents who narrate on cameras seem to be, these shows are producer driven and these correspondents become famous largely because of the good work of producers who do the interviews, writing, supervise the shooting and editing of the pieces. The correspondents get to become big stars that way on a show that has the best lead-in on TV - the NFL on Sundays.”
“So these people are a little self-important to say the least.”
🚨 HOLY CRAP! Muslim Rep. Rashida Tlaib just erupted in RAGE on the floor after Rep. Max Miller called her out DIRECTLY for supporting Islamic terrorists!
🔥
"Hezbollah is a TERRORIST group...you like to hang out with!"
*Tlaib yells*
"You ADVOCATE for TERRORISTS on a DAILY BASIS."
"Oh, I'M SORRY, are we getting a little emotional?" 😂
"You advocate for a terrorist regime every single DAY, the gentlelady from Michigan. You associate with them."
*She keeps shouting*
TLAIB: "That is a direct attack on my character! Strike the words down!!" 🤣
*Keeps raging*
Well done, @RepMaxMiller!
The recent federal indictment of Mohamad Hamad, a Pennsylvania Air National Guard member, is exactly the kind of case that should wake people up.
This dual US-Lebanese citizen allegedly joined the Guard in part to get military weapons training while hiding his true loyalties.
Prosecutors say he lied during security clearance interviews, expressed stronger allegiance to Palestine and Lebanon than to America, supported Hamas and Hezbollah, and was involved in plotting pipe bombs and vandalizing Jewish sites in the Pittsburgh area. Social media posts showed him making violent threats against “Zionist oppressors.” This isn’t ancient history. It’s 2025, and the charges are detailed in court documents.
This hits harder now because Iran has been ramping up its efforts to strike at the United States and its interests, often through proxies and radicalized individuals rather than direct action. Intelligence has linked Iran to multiple assassination plots against Trump around the 2024 campaign, including efforts to recruit operatives on American soil. While the actual shooters in Butler and Florida weren’t directly tied to Tehran, the pattern of Iranian-directed murder-for-hire schemes was serious enough that authorities beefed up protection.
Iran’s track record on foreign soil makes this even more concerning. Back in 1994, Iranian-backed Hezbollah carried out the AMIA bombing in Argentina, killing 85 people at a Jewish community center. That remains one of the worst terrorist attacks in the Americas, and investigators have long pointed to Iranian officials for ordering and supporting it.
Today the risks are elevated. Iran faces heavy financial pressure from sanctions and its ongoing regional conflicts. When regimes get squeezed economically, they often lean harder into asymmetric warfare, proxies, and deniable operations. Add in Iran’s close alliances with Venezuela and Cuba right in America’s backyard, and you have potential logistical advantages and safe havens that could help move people, money, or influence closer to US shores.
The real vulnerability is insider access. We’ve seen this pattern before with cases like Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood, where radical Islamist ideology led to the murder of American soldiers on base. Hamad’s situation fits the same warning signs… someone trying to embed in the military while prioritizing terrorist groups.
Hamas and Hezbollah have openly encouraged supporters in the West to infiltrate institutions, and self-radicalized individuals or dual-loyalty types are cheap, hard-to-trace tools.
This isn’t about painting all Muslim Americans with a broad brush. The vast majority serve honorably. The problem is the small but dangerous minority who conceal extremist views during vetting, combined with state actors like Iran actively probing weaknesses.
In 2026, with tensions still high, America needs serious focus on better ideological screening, social media checks for clearances, and aggressive disruption of IRGC and proxy networks. Ignoring these patterns doesn’t make them go away. It just leaves the door open. Strong vetting and counterintelligence aren’t partisan issues. They’re about protecting the country.

Remember the European Hospital in Khan Younis last May?
Israel struck a targeted site there, and the world lost its mind.
Palestinians denied any tunnel existed underneath. The UN and European governments rushed to condemn Israel for attacking a “hospital.” Outrage, headlines, accusations of war crimes… the usual script.
Then June came.
The IDF took international media into the very same location and showed them the tunnel… a full Hamas command center, right under the emergency room.
Weapons, rooms, infrastructure. And yes, that’s where they found and confirmed the body of Mohammed Sinwar, Hamas’s top military commander and brother of Yahya Sinwar.
The strike that killed one of the architects of October 7 was surgically precise, and entirely justified.
Under the Geneva Conventions of 1949, hospitals and other medical facilities lose their protected status when they are used for military purposes, such as command centers, weapon storage, or troop movements. By deliberately turning the European Hospital into a Hamas base, the terrorists themselves stripped it of any legal protection.
Not a single apology from the UN or the European governments that rushed to condemn Israel. Not one admission they were wrong. They simply moved on to the next round of accusations.
This is the pattern. Hamas hides its terror infrastructure under civilian sites, uses hospitals as shields, and the international community reliably attacks the defender for responding, only to be proven wrong again and again and again when the evidence emerges.
How many times does this have to happen before the world stops falling for it?
@VividProwess This is the new face of the @TheDemocrats ... @AOC and most Dems don their signature Keffiyeh and chant evil comments. It's not the party I used to work with.
