Worse still, they then promise to call back within 48 hours but nearly 72 later I’ve not heard a peep! Avoid @AvivaUK at ALL costs their customer service (lack of) is atrocious. Still, will be a nice one to refer to the ombudsman and FCA 🤷🏼‍♂️

@AvivaUK Last time I checked an email isn’t the same as a phone call which at the time was an urgent request? No attempt of a phone call was made? I have received that email but I had absolutely no idea it was in relation to our messages. This just adds to the already hefty complaint 🤷🏼‍♂️
