Does anyone know how to get in touch with a HUMAN customer care agent at @makemytrip or @makemytripcare? I have an incomplete booking stuck for almost 24 Hours now and there is no way i can reach out to a customer service executive. Mmt service is incompetent.

There is no reply to the emails and there is no contact number to connect with uber directly.

This comes down to no safety provided to the customers and no assistance as well.

@UberIN_Support my @Uber driver called 4 goons on me and locked my luggage in the boot to extort money.

The driver kept demanding to book an offline ride with him and cancel the uber ride. Upon refusing his demands he started misbehaving.

There is no support from @Uber_India

@UberIN_Support Uber is cheating its customers everyday. Paying 300 for merely 3 kms. Already hiked fare shows higher final fare than estimated. Got refund after complaint a few times now, now they seem to be refusing even that. Dark practices are being followed to loot customers

Order from @Popeyes and it is showing order picked up from more then half n hour. There is no option to talk to an agent and upon calling the restaurant, they're hanging up continuously.

@slice_cares I'm unable to login into my account for 2 months now, I raised an email complaint on 15th feb 2023, emailed twice to get a reply, called multiple times, a recording and screenshot of the error was requested and YET no solution has been provided. Worst experience.
