The immediate parent organizations of all the HCWs in the Maldives; Ministry of Health and Civil Service Commission have failed to do their job in taking care of their employees. These organizations were supposed to promote the HCWs to posts matching their qualifications which they did not do in the past years, and so before the pay harmonization took place this chance was given again.

Instead of doing their work, they have simply given the (outdated) misinformation about HCWs to National Pay Commission, Ministry of Finance and Presidents Office creating this huge blunder.

Personals from these organizations must be held accountable for this treason.

Exactly, the mentioned 4 dpts play important role to ensure +ve patient outcomes. The workers serving in these divisions deserves a post meeting their technical qualifications&it won’t collapse the organizational hierarchy. These are very different from the office admin structure
