A mum, bibliophile, and a Star Trek fan. I am grateful for the NHS, humble to veterans and thankful everyday for what I have. #mentalhealthmatters#SSBSS
In 2013 I lost my Dad to suicide.
It broke me. But I mended.
Now I really need your help.
I am opening a community bookshop that will specialise in mental wellbeing with a talking café.
But... we need an accessible toilet.

It's a devastating shame when you open up to a #journorequest about your experiences on suicide bereavement and the journalist chooses not to respond, and then in fact blocks you completely. Really hope she wins that Journalism award @WomenAwards@MindCharity@emmieeharrison
Very frustrated with JOURNALISTS. We offer an opportunity to write about a sensitive issue (suicide bereavement) with so much hope that will be of interest to majority of people in UK and could help us recruit. NO INTEREST! Ironically will be interested when we present findings!
ONLY 10 WEEKS LEFT to complete the national anonymous suicide bereavement online survey. Please consider completing it if you feel able. The more of us that take part the louder our voice when we present findings to government. Please RT #myhopeis

'Thousands with #mentalhealth issues who are struggling with serious debt will benefit from 'breathing space' from fees, charges & interest' - Catch #RecoverySpace on @ThisIsMoney via @MailOnline this morning: https://t.co/Uo4ONFnsDQ #debt
My heart goes out to the family of #Aviicii and I wish them well. In light of this I feel its important to point out once again to the media that we need to be respectful of the language we use to talk about #suicide#mentalhealth#SuicideAwareness

I love @theJeremyVine show on @BBCRadio2 BUT when you call up to explain that certain language is offensive and harmful to those bereaved by suicide It's not ok to be told by Tim on the phone that 'commiting suicide' is a common phrase and its not up to them to educate people.
I know its hard to talk about if you are bereaved by suicide but please, if you can complete this survey to help those in the future. #MentalHealthAwareness https://t.co/LXvlZ4xl6G
@samcarr78@Angelasamata Hi Sam, we are recruiting for 12 months, so the survey can be completed up to 31st Aug 2018. The link is below. #StrongerTogether https://t.co/2YW4MjxZuX
