@VirginAtlantic I don’t want to make a claim I just want to get home on a direct flight, it’s utter madness you have the seats available but as they are in upper class you are unwilling to release them
So people who are stranded can actually get home… madness, customer service at its best

The flight so those seats will be empty & I’ll be with 2 kids trying to navigate stopovers, missing school & work whilst you can’t do the right thing…

@LNRailway You need to support your teams on the ground, you’re not giving them any info people are getting frustrated & they’re left to deal with it.
@InPostUK I’ve spoken to your customer service who basically told me both parcels are “lost” & now it’s on me & the seller to sort it out … Heathrow is has a problem whereby losing parcels & no accountability shameful customer service

Weeks later after a very generic reply to a formal complaint, got a call they said they’d call me back but still nothing! Not particularly impressed!
