@AmazonHelp The last reply which I recvd is " we have delivered it and no refund can be processed" the reason why I call human robots working at Amazon customer support. Didn't even tried to investigate whether customer really received the product or not.. can you investigate further?

What's use of @amazonIN #prime membership? All fake promises of one day delivery. Customer support team has been recruited with human robots who can only copy paste msgs. Product lost by delivery agent and marked as delivered. Who is responsible? @jagograhakjago

@amazonIN if u can't delivr package in one day as prime delivery then do nt at least promise while ordring that it will be delivered in a day.. package out for delivry but agent didn't delivered it purposefully and marked it as delivered Falsely. Customer service is just hopeless

Same order placed on Flipkart for same product on 9th March. Ordered delivered on 10 March. Installation done next day and everything is good so far.. Dear Amazon What's wrong in resolving such small issue? Is your seller Dawntech not in your control?

Expected delivery date 6th March
Order reached nearest hub 3rd March
After many follow up still not delivered till 8th March
On 8th March it gets cancelled and sent back to seller. He recvd it by 13th March. 15th today still refund not processed. RIDICULOUS

@AmazonHelp Any updates? Whole day gone.. no progress to be seen.. feels really pity for Amazon guys who are helpless in resolving such small small issues. M repeating again the product has been returned back to seller. U just need to contact seller and tell him to release refund ..
