We have seen the OHCHR’s remarks about today’s events in New Delhi.

India is the world’s largest democracy, where the right to peaceful assembly is guaranteed by our Constitution and safeguarded by robust institutions, an independent judiciary and a free media. As in every democracy, Indian citizens exercise this right subject to reasonable restrictions in the interest of public order. The authorities, for their part, act in accordance with the law, and our courts remain available to all for redressal of any grievances.

The OHCHR’s concerns are therefore misplaced and constitute an unwarranted interference in the internal affairs of India.

In this context, OHCHR would also do well to devote comparable attention to large-scale protests elsewhere, consistent with its mandate of impartiality and non-selectivity.

A very interesting development happened in court no.1 of The Supreme Court today presided by a bench of the honourable CJI and 2 other judges.
Now around early afternoon the @DelhiPolice denied permission to Cockroaches from having their illegal protest at Jantar Mantar as it’s inconveniencing the Delhi public and also there are intelligence reports of a conspiracy being planned by vested interests to create violence and unrest where a few students or youth lose their lives thus blaming the government. Dipke,his gang,his daddies are desperately wanting this to happen so they can spread more anarchy countrywide as so far their anti national protest gathering has overall been rejected by ppl. They want #DelhiRiots 2.0! In order to prevent such a horrific situation the govt has put preventive measures in place,that’s how a strong administration has to behave,well done @AmitShah .
Now 2 questions of importance 👇🏼
1) Within half an hour of denial of permission by Delhi police,how did this 4 top lawyers Kapil Sibal,Abhisek Manu Singhvi,Prashant Bhushan and Sanjay Hegde get permission to present their case in court that too without a client? When questioned by CJI as to who was Sibal and others were representing,Sibal said we will come again at 2 o’clock and give you our clients name,we will have one by then.
A) It takes months and sometimes years to get a date in SC for a hearing,how did this gang get a date in half an hour and that too twice in a day ?
B) Who is footing the bill ?

2) Are #CJI SuryaKant and his bench,the lawyers representing Cockroaches and oppstn parties going to take responsibility if any of the youths meeting a violent end ?

Stop misleading the youth to further your vile anti national agenda.

A short while ago, I spoke to a source of mine in the Intelligence Bureau and asked what kind of input had been received that led to the sudden cancellation of dozens of trains amid proposed CJP protest in Delhi. His reply was truly shocking.

He stated that data analysis revealed a startling trend, while passengers from a specific community typically account for 10–15% of reservations on these trains during normal days, that figure surged to between 40% and 60% for travel on October 9 and 10.

The most significant point is that the majority of these bookings were made more than a month in advance, this implies that they were not merely spontaneous bookings, but rather appear to be the result of a deliberate, pre-planned conspiracy.

A sudden surge of 100% to 200% in bookings for a specific community on specific 2 dates are certainly startling, and I highly commend my security agency for identifying this in advance.
