@ALEngineered The new graduates would be using AI s as their assistant. Their productivity would be higher. But their salaries may be lower as companies would be paying for tokens ( tongue in-cheek ).
@ParveenKaswan Couldnโt agree more with your statement

But the one who steals the most time from Odysseus is Calypso.
She doesnโt threaten him with death. She offers comfort, safety, love and keeps him from Ithaca for seven years.

One takeaway: AI is only as effective as the infrastructure context it has.
Unknown assets, legacy devices, vendor silos, and incomplete topology limit both human defenders and AI. A real-time, multi-vendor infrastructure Digital Twin gives security AI the visibility it needs to understand attack paths, prioritize risk, and respond faster. I can help.
"Why don't 'Big Company' CROs / VP Sales fail at startups? Two reason:
#1. They don't have enough help and resources
Most founders get that part
#2. They don't have brand lift
Many founders miss that. Sales is so, so, so different when you are selling a top brand. Not easy per se. But so, so different."
@LeContempIateur Yeah (tic) !!! We would all be on government doles because AI agents would eliminate all jobs - is there a coherence in his statements? I believe either we are underestimating the power of human adaptation or overestimating AIโs value/cost.
Finding vulnerabilities in code is one of the hardest problems in software. As an industry, we need multiple ways to identify and fix them.
That's why we're introducing the #Antares family of SLMs. Today we're making Antares-350M and Antares-1B available as open-weight models on @huggingface.
People have asked whether these models compete with frontier models. They don't.
Antares solves a different problem. It is purpose-built for security, and within security, specifically optimized for finding vulnerabilities in code. It gives customers a specialized model they can run at a lower cost, more control, and in environments where their code never has to leave their infrastructure.
Frontier models are extraordinary and will continue to push the boundaries of what's possible. We use them extensively and will continue to partner deeply with frontier labs.
Huge congratulations to the research team behind this work. @djsampath, @aminkarbasi & team, fantastic job on taking yet another step at keeping the world safe.
Security is a team sport. The more ways we can help developers find vulnerabilities before attackers do, the safer the entire ecosystem becomes.
@LeContempIateur In his earlier post on influence of AI, Elon warned humans that they could lose their jobs and should invest in bitcoins or other assets. Which human would have enough spare money to participate in the trillion dollar markets?
@RayDalio The idea of survival creates โfiefdomsโ. It may be bad but it preserves people especially when there is a power struggle within a company. If someone is using power play, employ whatever technique to survive.
You mean fewer people would buy @Tesla ?! ๐
So the future is simple: AI does the work, robots pay the taxes, and I just need to remember where I buried my Bitcoin. Iโd rather build a power station and sell power to the AI agents.
Pretty alarmist Iโd say. If AI replaces everyone, who exactly is left to buy all these appreciating assets?!
We often focus on making AI think harder, but we should also make humans think first. A team that spends a few minutes framing the right question may save thousands of tokens and obtain a much better outcome.
I am assuming that cost of humans thinking is cheaper than agents thinking - at least initially.
@jpatel41 Better results with fewer tokens!!
For a start, in Cisco Cloud Control, when we handover incident report to another engineer, we first generate a report and then pass it on. Why canโt we just pass the prompt?! The result of the same prompt would be different for each person.
India launched a private rocket, a hydrogent train, a barrier free expressway, three war ships, new long range missiles & misside defence shield, won Physics Olympics gold medals, Quantum communication, virtual magnet motor & fast breeder reactor just to divert attention from Jantar Mantar protest. What a terrible country ๐ก
@anulall Agree with your reason. Sikhs have contributed as lot to India over centuries. These Khalistanis are hiding behind other Sikhs and take shots at India. BTW Sikhs support India and the countries they call home โค๏ธ
