Passengers approach travel agents for help and support for which the agent charges them a service fee why should an airline interfere in an agent and client relationship. If they donot give commission to an agent then they have no rights to interfere.
Travel Agent Members are bound to charge service charges for providing additional services to the travellers, like providing consultation on regulations, visas norms, updating on procedures etc. over and above the ticket fare.
