Delhi SIR cut 47.56 lakh names from the draft roll. That's 32.78% of voters, as per The Hindu.

Now ECI says : want your name back? Fill Form 6.
Form 6 makes you affirm you're "applying for inclusion in the electoral roll for the first time."

But these people HAVE voted before. For years.
Sign it, and you've made a false declaration.
Under Section 31 of the RP Act, that can mean up to 1 year in jail.

So the choice ECI gives a Delhi voter:
Lie and risk jail, or lose your vote.

The plea in the Supreme Court asks for a proper restoration form instead.
The SC advanced the hearing to Oct 28, before the Oct 30 deadline. The CJI said the Court is thinking of an order that will "take care of" it.

Bro, imagine your bank closes your account by mistake after 20 years.
You go to restore it.
The clerk gives you a form: "I have never had a bank account in my life."
"Sign karo, warna paisa nahi milega."
And if you sign, they can book you for fraud.

That's not a mistake. That's a trap with a stamp on it.

1️⃣ Who went to the Supreme Court? The OPPOSITION. They filed a petition and accepted the court's process. That's not opposing the court, that's USING the Constitution.

2️⃣ SIR being court-monitored doesn't mean citizens lose the right to ask questions. Monitoring exists precisely because people raised concerns.

3️⃣ The Constitution in Rahul Gandhi's hand also has Article 19: freedom of speech and peaceful protest. The same Constitution Shah's police keeps detaining people under.

Think about it for a second.
