Pension claims must be judged on merit and not rejected on some flimsy ground. When the info sought by EPFO has been furnished by employer in June 2025 itself, why is EPFO not acting further on it? @DARPG_GoI @officialepfo

@LabourMinistry Pained as I am, this makes a mockery of EPFO’s very slogan of ‘हम हैं न’.

After 18 months of silence, filed CPGRAMS grievance (MOLBR/E/2025/0163730) but EPFO disposed it saying, 'employer is not answering to some clarification sought'. If EPFO needs clarification, isn’t it their duty to verify records by visiting/ calling the employer? @labourministry

@LabourMinistry The arbitrary rejection of my case amounts to a gross misuse of authority on part of RO Powai, blatant disregard for fairness and accountability. It is not only unjust but also insulting citizen’s bona fide right to social security. @mansukhmandviya @LabourMinistry @socialepfo

I have sufficient PF balance to adjust arrears on wages > ₹15K/month. Yet, despite emails (18.04.25, 27.04.25) & grievances via CPGRAMS & EPFiGMS, RO Powai has rejected my case. I urge @socialepfo @LabourMinistry to intervene and uphold justice. #RightToPension #SocialSecurity

And here we have 4000 homes taken on ransom… it’s a criminal offence to dig a road used by thousands of people daily, as it can cause accident or stop ambulance/ fire protection from reaching an emergency.
