@airtelindia has the worst service in the broadband and DTH game.
I've had a network drop and some issue with my router for almost a year now. Everytime I call the customer care for the service log, the person comes, does something and goes and just closed the service job.

Now, I've been experiencing a problem with my Airtel Xstream box where the issue is whenever I start any application on the box, it shows me that my account is suspended due to bill non-payment when I've paid all the bills.
