@MicrosoftHelps Can you help with Minecraft login problem? You own it and require a Microsoft account to login to the game. When logging in getting a generic error to use another device. This happens on Windows and MacOS so it is not an OS problem. Can login fine using Chrome.

@shanselman How can I speak with a human from Azure to understand what is going on with my account. I tried using Help + Support but my problem is not related to the limited options available.

@shanselman It was from a friend who created something in their Azure account in order to use Teams for video chats amongst friends. The email used is the same as my MSA. Somehow they are linked in what I think is my Azure account but now thinking it is not my Azure account.
