There are many small towns that seem to broadly follow the same design idea. I know that a grid layout is not unusual, but the almost exact square and the parkland buffer zone seem to be more prevalent in SA - here at Mundulla, Wudinna, Coonalpyn and a variation at Pinnaroo.
