User should be able to set time delay say, 1 to 10 minutes either for delivering or receiving the message. So that other person can only send messages to let you know. People won't be able to quickly chat due to delay timer. Can be set for all or specific connect.

Introduce an option to "Deliver the message slow i.e. delivery with a delay to avoid quick chatting. Many a times quick chatting results into miscommunication, misunderstanding and spoiling relations. Continued in comment section
